Visitors to the Malvern-Hot Spring County Library were able to experience the Arkansas night sky inside a portable planetarium on Tuesday, July 16, 2019. This week marks the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon Mission.
For every Wednesday afternoon in the month of July from 1-3 p.m., the Malvern-Hot Spring County Library will provide summer activities for youth to participate with Legos and maker space projects in the Dr. Phillip Nix and Teen Area Room.
The hunt for gold bricks begins Monday, June 17, 2019.
A map of locations to find clues will be published each day through Friday, June 21. (Locations for Monday's clues were published in Saturday's edition)
Rules will also be published each day with the map.
T-shirts for Brickfest 2019 are now available. Shirts may be purchased at the Malvern/Hot Spring County Chamber of Commerce. Sizes available range from youth sizes, up to 5XL. Sizes youth up to 2XL cost $12, with sizes 3XL to 5XL cost $15.
