  • Congratulations on your anniversary, We are excited to share your news in the Malvern Daily Record. Anniversary announcements are limited to 150 words. There is a charge of $27.00 in our Tuesday publication and $22.00 in our Wednesday through Saturday publications for anniversaries of 49 years or less. One photo is included in the charge. For anniversaries of 50 years or more, 150 words and one photo will be printed FREE.

  • Congratulations on the birth of your baby. We would like to announce the good news. We are excited to share your news in the Malvern Daily Record. The cost for submitting your announcement is free up to 50 words with no photo. If you would like to include a photo, the cost will be $10.00 in our Wednesday through Saturday publication and $13.00 in our Tuesday publication. Fill out the form below and click Submit. If your birth announcement is more than 50 words, please contact our lifestyles department for cost. Announcements will be published within 30 days of receiving your payment.   • Congratulations on your engagement. We are excited to share your news in the Malvern Daily Record. Engagement announcements are published on Tuesday and Saturdays. All submissions will be edited at our discretion to fit our format. Engagement announcements must be turned in two weeks before the preferred publication date. Announcements published in the Tuesday edition will cost $27.00 with a limit of 150 words. Announcements published in the Saturday edition will cost $22.00. A newspaper representative will contact you to confirm your order and to make any necessary adjustments. Due to limited space, the Malvern Daily Record restricts the length of Wedding announcements (after the wedding) to 300 words and announcements must be turned in no more than four (4) weeks after the wedding date. If you would like to include a photo, the cost will be and $27.00 in our Tuesday publication and $22.00 in our Saturday publication. If your wedding announcement exceeds 300 words, please call our lifestyles department for additional cost. All submissions must include a name and daytime phone number. Wedding announcements publish on Tuesdays and Saturdays space available. A newspaper representative will contact you to confirm your order and to make any necessary adjustments.     • All letters must include name, address and day telephone number for confirmation purposes. Address and phone numbers will not be published.
    • Only one letter will be published during any 30-day period by the same person on the same general subject.
    • Letters must be no longer than 300 words in length.
    • Letters that attack the character or integrity of an individual or organization will not be published. Likewise, we do not publish letters concerning complaints about service at area businesses.
    • We will not publish letters endorsing a candidate or a political party. However, letters dealing with governmental issues and agencies will be considered.
    • We reserve the right to edit all letters for brevity, clarity and grammar.
    • We do not acknowledge receipt of letters.
