HSC Sheriff’s Office called to 19 disturbances

During the week of March 19 to March 25, the Hot Spring County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to 198 incidents throughout Hot Spring County.
Those calls involved 10 residential alarms, 19 physical, verbal or domestic disturbances, 16 paper services, 26 to speak to an officer and eight welfare checks.
This is not a complete list of all calls for the week.
On Monday, March 19 a report of a suicide in the county was reported. Monday evening an elderly female was reported missing. Her boy was recovered the following day and has been sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab.
On Tuesday, March 20, Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at the residence of Cole Cragg on Highway 51.
The search resulted in the department being able to close several Theft of Property cases. Several charges filed in the case.
The case is still under investigation.
